Slip & registration

Upload the Wafid slip — OCR extracts the candidate's details and pre-fills the form. Your operator confirms rather than types. A registration ID is issued automatically.

Photograph & biometrics

Phlebotomy

Re-typing candidate details

Reading a slip and typing it in is slow at volume and puts transcription errors into the exact fields that must match the passport. One transposed digit can invalidate a submission and bring the candidate back.

Frequently asked questions

Does it read the Wafid slip automatically?

Yes. Upload or scan the slip and the candidate's details are extracted by OCR and pre-filled into the registration form. Your operator confirms the fields rather than typing them, which is both faster and more accurate than manual entry.

Can it capture fingerprints?

Yes. Fingerprint capture and matching are built in, using a SourceAFIS matching engine. A physical fingerprint scanner is required, and we configure the software for your specific device at no extra cost. Fingerprint capture is disabled in the public demo because there is no scanner attached to it.

How much does it cost?

The software has no licence fee. You pay only for the VPS hosting that runs your own private instance, from $5 per month. There are no per-user charges and no annual contract.

Does it cover the whole examination, not just registration?

Yes. Beyond registration it includes phlebotomy, laboratory results, radiology reporting, the medical officer's examination, fitness decisions and certificates, billing, document storage and Excel export.

Can I try it before committing?

Yes. A live demo is open at mc.labsmart.online with the login admin / admin123. It is the real product with an empty database, not a guided tour, and no sales call is required.

Approval requirements and the permitted scope of examinations are set by Wafid and your national regulator, and they change — confirm current rules with them rather than with a software vendor.
