Vaccination Records That Remember the Next Dose

A vaccination card in a parent's handbag is the most commonly lost medical record there is, and a paper register cannot tell you who is overdue. This keeps the schedule, not just the history — every dose recorded against the patient, the next one calculated automatically, and a reminder before it falls due.

What it keeps track of

👶

Children and adults

The same register handles childhood immunisation and adult doses — travel, occupational and catch-up schedules alike.

📅

The next dose, calculated

Give a dose and the next due date appears from the schedule interval. Nobody works it out on paper at the counter.

🔔

Who is overdue

A list of upcoming and missed doses, so follow-up is a task you can act on rather than something you discover when a parent happens to return.

📜

Certificates on demand

A printable certificate with every dose and date, carrying your centre's name and logo — reissued in seconds when the card is lost.

🔍

One record per patient

Likely duplicates are flagged as you register, so a returning child is matched to their existing history instead of starting a second one.

📦

Stock and batches

Record what was given from which batch, so a recall or a query about a specific vial is answerable.

New purchase stock entry form with vaccine, vendor, purchase date, lot number, expiry date, quantity and GCC code, beside a current stock summary
Stock in by lot and expiry, so every dose given can be traced to the vial it came from.
Reports screen showing vaccination statistics by vaccine type, month and staff member, with an expiry and stock status panel showing days left and doses remaining
Expiry and stock alerts — what is running out, and what is about to expire.
External vaccination records form for recording a dose administered at another facility, with order ID, patient, passport, vaccine and external facility fields
Doses given elsewhere recorded too, so the patient history is complete without deducting your stock.

Register a patient and give a dose

The demo is the working product with an empty register. Add a child, record a dose, and see the next due date appear.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for adults as well as children?

Yes. Both are registered the same way; the schedule attached to each patient differs, so childhood immunisation and adult vaccinations such as travel or occupational doses are both handled.

How are due dates worked out?

From the dose already given and the interval defined in the schedule, so the next due date appears automatically rather than being calculated by hand at the counter.

Can it print a certificate?

Yes. A printable certificate lists the doses given with their dates, carrying your centre's name and logo.

What stops the same child being registered twice?

The system checks for likely duplicates as you register, so a returning patient is matched to their existing record rather than starting a second, incomplete history.

How much does it cost?

The software has no licence fee. You pay only for the VPS hosting that runs your private instance, from $5 per month.
